Free WordPress Plugins
Four plugins on the WordPress.org repository, all free, with nothing locked behind a paid tier. We wrote them because we needed them on client sites, and keeping them free is cheaper than maintaining a licensing system.

Read moreWhy we give them away
Three reasons, and none of them is charity.
We needed them anyway
Every one of these started as something we built for a client site. Publishing it costs us the time to write a readme, and saves us maintaining four private copies.
A licence system costs more than it earns
At our scale, building and supporting payment, activation and renewal would cost more than the licences would bring in. So there is no paid tier to upsell you to.
It is how people find us
Somebody who installs a plugin, finds it works and sees who made it is a better introduction than an advert. That is the whole business case.
What free means here
No locked features
There is no Pro version of any of these. What you install is everything there is.
No tracking
None of the four sends usage data back to us. Where a plugin talks to an outside service, it is because you configured it to.
No ads in your admin
No banners, no upgrade nags, no review prompts that follow you around.
Are these really free, or free for now?
Free, GPL, on the WordPress.org repository. The licence means you keep the right to use what you have installed whatever we do later.
Do you offer support?
Through the support forum on each plugin page. We are a small team, so it is best effort rather than a guaranteed response time.
Can you customise one for us?
Yes, as paid work. That is part of what the plugins are for.
Will you keep updating them?
We use them on client sites, so they get maintained as long as we do. If we ever stopped, GPL means somebody else can pick them up.
