A small digital team in Punjab that covers the whole job.
Dice Codes builds websites and online stores, runs search and advertising, designs logos and graphics, and puts AI to work for businesses in Punjab and across India. We are deliberately small, which means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. There is no account layer between you and the work.
What we actually do
Six areas, done properly, rather than a list of twenty.
Websites
WordPress, Shopify and custom builds. Fast, accessible, and structured so search engines can read them without help.
Website developmentSearch
Technical SEO, on-page work, content and local search. Measured against traffic and enquiries, not rankings alone.
SEO servicesAdvertising
Google Ads and Meta Ads, built around what a customer is actually worth to you rather than around clicks.
Digital marketingDesign
Interface, identity and the graphics that sit around a campaign. Design that has a job, not decoration.
UI and UX designBrand and graphics
Logos, brand marks, packaging and social creative, produced in the formats a printer and an ad platform will both accept.
Graphic designAI implementation
AI put where it earns its place. Content and support workflows, and visibility in the answer engines that now sit above the search results.
Talk to us about AIWho you will be working with
A small in-house team led by our founder. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Matinderpal Singh, Founder
More than ten years building websites, with most of that spent on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and custom Laravel applications. Scopes every project personally, so the person who writes the quote is accountable for delivering it.
Design, development and marketing
A small in-house team covering design, development, SEO and advertising. The same people who plan a project build it, so nothing is lost in a handover between a sales team and a production team.
Free tools for the WordPress community
The team builds and maintains DiceStack, a free plugin in the WordPress.org directory that replaces a stack of paid plugins, and publishes open-source tools for GST billing and SEO on GitHub.
How we work
The same six steps on every project, because the order matters more than the speed.
-
Understand the business
What a customer is worth, where they currently come from, and which of those numbers you want to move. A website brief that starts with pages rather than economics produces a website that looks finished and sells nothing.
-
Audit what exists
Speed, structure, indexation, content and competitors. We would rather tell you that your current site is fine and you need something else than sell you a rebuild you do not need.
-
Plan the structure
Page by page, with the search intent each one serves and the heading structure it needs. This is where the search work happens, long before anything is written.
-
Build and write
Design and content together, not design first and words poured in afterwards. Every page ships with its title, description and structured data already set.
-
Launch and hand over
Redirects mapped, analytics and Search Console verified in accounts with your name on them, and a walkthrough of how to edit your own site. You should never need us to change a price or add a page.
-
Measure and adjust
Analytics, Search Console and call tracking configured before launch, so the first month of data is usable rather than a gap.
What we will tell you that others might not
Four things we say often enough that they belong on a page.
A rebuild is often the wrong answer
If a site is slow, thin or badly structured, fixing it is usually cheaper and faster than replacing it, and it keeps the search history you already have. We will say so.
SEO takes months, not weeks
Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Content and authority take three to six months on a site with no history. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches or is about to do something you will regret.
Rankings are not the goal
Ranking first for a term nobody buys on is worth nothing. We would rather be third for a term that converts.
We turn work down
If the budget cannot produce a result worth having, taking it would waste your money and our time.

Where is Dice Codes based?
We are based at Purrian Mohalla, Batala, Punjab 143505, and work with clients across India and abroad, including businesses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
How big is the team?
A small in-house team led by our founder, Matinderpal Singh. Staying small is deliberate: the people you speak to at the start are the people who do the work.
How long has Dice Codes been running?
Our founder has more than ten years of experience building websites, and Dice Codes has published its work on dicecodes.com since 2021.
Do you work with businesses outside Punjab?
Yes. Most of the work is remote, and the process is the same wherever you are. Local search work is the one exception, because it depends on where your customers physically are.
What happens after a website launches?
Nothing automatically, unless you want it to. We do not lock sites to a retainer. You own the site, the hosting and the domain, and you can take all three elsewhere at any time.
We write up the things clients ask most often on the blog, and publish what we charge on the pricing page rather than making you ask.
Tell us what you are trying to fix
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right people for it.
