A digital marketing agency in Punjab that reports cost per lead, not cost per click.
Digital marketing is buying attention and converting it. The buying part is easy to measure and most agencies stop there, which is why reports are full of impressions and click-through rates. The converting part is where the money is, and measuring it requires conversion tracking that actually works: server-side events where the browser blocks them, offline conversions imported when a lead closes on the phone, and a definition of a lead everyone agrees on before the first rupee is spent.
What we run
Seven things, and we will tell you which of them suit your business rather than selling all seven. Most clients need two or three.
Google Ads
Search campaigns for people already looking for what you sell. The highest intent traffic available, and usually the first channel worth turning on. Includes negative keyword work, which is where most wasted spend hides.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram, for demand you create rather than capture. Works well for products with visual appeal and for local services with a clear catchment. Works poorly for anything requiring a long considered purchase without a strong offer.
Conversion tracking
Set up before spending starts, not bolted on when the reporting looks thin. Google Ads conversions, GA4 events, Meta pixel plus Conversions API, and offline import for leads that close by phone.
Organic and paid social
Paid and organic across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Pinterest. Which platforms are worth your time depends entirely on what you sell and who buys it, and the honest answer is usually two of them rather than six. Social media marketing covers the platform by platform detail.
Remarketing
Ninety-odd per cent of first-time visitors leave without doing anything. Remarketing is how you reach them again, and it is almost always the cheapest cost per lead in the account because you are talking to people who already know who you are. Set up with proper audience exclusions, so you stop paying to advertise to customers who already bought.
Email and CRM
The one channel you own outright. No algorithm between you and the list, no cost per click, and it keeps working when the ad budget stops. Sequences for enquiries that did not close, and re-engagement for customers who have gone quiet.
Content marketing
Articles that answer the questions your buyers ask before they are ready to buy. This overlaps heavily with search work, so the strategy lives with SEO services rather than being run twice. What sits here is the promotion side: getting a piece in front of the people it was written for.
Reputation management
Reviews decide more enquiries in this market than most owners realise, and a Google Business Profile with eleven reviews loses to one with two hundred regardless of who is better. Getting a steady review flow is a process, not a campaign. Fake reviews are not something we will do.
Measurement that survives
Set up before spending starts, not bolted on when the reporting looks thin. Google Ads conversions, GA4 events, Meta pixel plus Conversions API, and offline import for leads that close by phone.
The ad is the cheap half
Doubling the conversion rate of the page halves your cost per lead without touching the ad budget. Most agencies never look at it, because the page belongs to somebody else.
The page matches the search
Someone who searched for one specific service should not land on a homepage listing eight. Separate pages per campaign, each answering the exact thing that was typed.
The form asks for less
Every field you add costs you enquiries. Name, phone and one sentence about the job is usually enough to start a conversation, and you can ask the rest on the call.
It loads before they leave
Paid traffic is mostly mobile and often on a patchy connection. A page that takes eight seconds has already lost a share of the clicks you paid for, before anyone read a word.
The phone number is tracked
In this market a large share of leads arrive as calls, not forms. If calls are untracked, the campaigns that actually work look like the ones that do not, and you optimise in the wrong direction.
Where the budget actually goes
A rough shape for a first campaign. Yours will differ, but if an agency cannot show you something like this, ask why.

Why work with us rather than the agency down the road
Five differences you can check before you sign anything.
We charge a fee, not a percentage of your spend
A percentage rewards an agency for spending more of your money. Ours is a fixed monthly figure agreed in advance, and it does not move when your budget does.
The accounts are in your name
Google Ads, Meta, Analytics and Search Console all stay yours, with our access granted rather than the reverse. If you leave, you keep the account and the conversion history, which is the part that took months to build.
We publish our prices
The pricing page carries real ranges. You can rule us in or out before spending twenty minutes on a call, which is more than most of this industry offers.
Reporting names the queries
Monthly reports show the actual search terms that produced leads and the ones that wasted money. Not a dashboard of impressions with a green arrow on it.
We will tell you not to advertise
If your budget cannot buy enough data to optimise on, paid search will lose you money and we will say so. Usually the answer at that budget is search and a better website first.
Where we work
We are based in Batala and run campaigns for businesses across Punjab and the rest of India, as well as for clients abroad. A local campaign is planned around the towns a business actually serves, which is a different job from a campaign aimed at the whole country.
What it costs
Campaign management runs from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 a month for Google Ads and ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 for social advertising, on a three month minimum. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, so you can see exactly where it went. Full ranges for every service are on the pricing page.
How a campaign runs
The first month buys data, not results. Anyone promising otherwise has either run your exact campaign before or is guessing.
-
Week zero: fix the destination first
Paid traffic to a page that does not convert is buying data at a premium. The landing page, the form and the phone number get checked before a rupee is spent, because doubling the conversion rate discounts every lead that follows.
-
Weeks 1 and 2: measurement
Agree what a lead is and what one is worth, then wire up conversion and call tracking and confirm each one fires before a rupee is spent.
-
Weeks 3 to 6: learning
Live, tightly targeted, with daily search term review. Expect data and a high waste rate: this is the fortnight the negative list does the most work.
-
Weeks 7 to 12: settling
Cost per lead starts to hold steady and budget moves toward the campaigns earning it.
-
Month 4 onward: scaling
Expanding into terms that were too expensive at the old conversion rate, and reporting lead quality alongside lead cost.
-
Month 6 onward: replace what has worn out
Creative fatigues and search terms drift toward things you do not sell. Refreshing on a schedule, rather than once results have already fallen, is the difference between a cost per lead that holds and one that creeps up unnoticed.
Questions about paid campaigns
What is the minimum ad budget worth spending?
Around ₹30,000 a month in ad spend for Google Ads, excluding management. Below that there is not enough data to optimise on, so you spend months in the learning phase and never reach a stable cost per lead. If your budget is smaller, SEO is usually the better first investment.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. A percentage of spend rewards us for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive. We charge a fixed monthly management fee agreed before we start, and it does not change when your budget does.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside accounts in your name with our access granted, not the other way round. If you leave, you keep the account, the history and the conversion data, which is what makes the account valuable in the first place.
How soon will I see leads?
Google Ads can produce leads in the first week, because you are buying existing demand. Whether those leads are profitable takes six to eight weeks to establish, because that is how long it takes to see which searches convert and cut the ones that do not.
Should I run ads or do SEO first?
Ads if you need enquiries this month and have the budget to buy enough data. Search if you can wait three to six months and want traffic that does not stop when the spending does. Most businesses eventually want both, and running ads first is useful even when search is the long-term plan, because the ad data tells you which search terms actually convert before you spend six months writing for them. Our ((SEO services|/seo-services/)) page covers the other side of this.
Which social platform should we be on?
Almost certainly fewer than you think. A local service business usually gets everything it needs from Facebook and Instagram. A business selling to other businesses gets more from LinkedIn than from all the others combined. Being present on six platforms and active on none is worse than picking two and doing them properly.
Can you fix our Google Business Profile and reviews?
Yes, and for a local business it is often worth more than the ad account. Getting a steady flow of genuine reviews is a process built into how you finish a job, not a campaign that runs for a month. We will not buy or write fake reviews, which is worth saying plainly because plenty of people in this market will.
Do you write the ads and the creative?
Yes. Ad copy, search extensions, and the creative for social campaigns. Video production beyond simple edits is the one thing we would bring someone in for, and we would tell you that rather than quietly subcontract it.
